Overall a great stay. Excellent staff. Very helpful. Best hotel restaurant breakfasts I have had. Barbershop in the hotel on 9th floor. Very convenient. Dress warmly when you go outside in the winter. Frostbite is a distinct possibility.

Stayed for a night with my wife as a romantic getaway on the anniversary. Everything was good except they tried to charge us for a stay couple times even as the stay was already completely paid on hotels.com. But reminding them to check twice helped to resolve the issue. Elevator door on the underground parking should have more noticeable label/notification - this will help people coming for the first time a lot. We checked out two hours later than required because of spa procedures without any questions or extra charge. All the personnel was pleasant and polite. Thanks to all.

This was a great hotel with prefect central location nice clean functional rooms - dining was first class service was excellent in the dining room and at the front desk

I stay here at least one to two nights per month. I love the front dest staff as they are bilingual and so helpful. I also use the meeting rooms every quarter for my company to hold meetings from 8 people to 80.

I spent 5 nights at the beautiful Doubletree hotel in the beautiful city of Novosibirsk with the most gorgeous woman in the world! I came here to meet my future Russian wife while I stayed here and the service was great, rooms were clean, and even the bar and restaurant was great. I recommend coming here to anyone staying in Novosibirsk!

The staff were fantastic when I had a problem - really helped me out. The room was actually quite small, but clean and comfortable.

when travelling to the middle of Siberia, it is a pleasure to land in a hotel that presents 'no surprises'. Nothing bad to say....only positive attributes. - waliking distance to resaturants - quiet central location - wifi works everywhere - excercise and spa facilites adequate.

Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Location was perfect for my short stay (3 nights) in Novosibirsk. Would ike to have stayed longer to try all the facilities! Oh yes, and the warm chocolate chip cookies on arrival were EXCELLENT! :)
