Everything was good. Room sizes, were big. Rooms were clean. Hotel as already told is a heritage. I wish a,little bit more can be done as far as food was concerned

Stayed here in January 2025. Had a lot of issues with this place. Room didn't have a proper heating facility, slippers not ready in the room, no hair dryer. Constantly needing to call and ask them to bring things. The small fan heater provided in the room wasn't sufficient. The rooms are made of marble and stones, so it's super cold. We got moved into another room with a heat pump, which wasn't working, and staff said it was. I made sure my family was coming they were also in a good room, and their heat pump was working perfectly. We wasted 2hrs going back and forth over this. The next day i asked the staff to come and compare both heatpumos but no one did. I demand a partial refund for not providing sufficient facilities and paying 24000rs for a a poor place like this. the staff still kept saying oh we offered an upgrade, oh we gave you this and that but not realsing that heap pump was the main issue and the lack of hospityality that they claim to provide. Duty manager barely made an effort!

We had a very pleasant stay at WelcomHeritage Mandir Palace. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained, offering a comfortable and elegant atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and always available, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. One of the highlights is the rooftop restaurant, which offers a magnificent view of the palace and the fort — dining there is a truly memorable experience. The hotel is equipped with a backup power generator, which automatically starts during power cuts in the city (which happen quite often), ensuring uninterrupted comfort. The Wi-Fi works well and is reliable. Overall, a wonderful heritage hotel with great service and a fantastic location. Highly recommended.

In our trip to Jodhpur/Jaisalmer, we experienced best and worst hotel. Mandir palace was no doubt one of the best. The room was great and the property was well maintained. Having a museum in this historic palace showcasing the history of royal family was a refreshing change and kudos to the royal family to offer something different to their guests. The food was excellent and the rooftop restaurant had an amazing view of jaisalmer fort. The royal family clearly cares about the guests and the fact that raja ji was gracious enough to meet us clearly showcase their humbleness. We wish we could have stayed for some more time. Will really recommend families to stay here and keep atleast 1-2 hours free to just explore the place. The only problem was the approach to the hotel which can be crowded.

豪族の宮殿を一部博物館として開放し、一部宿泊施設としてそのまま使っている。シーズンや料金ランクによりいつもそれが可能なわけではないだろうが、私達は到着したら3か所の部屋を案内され、好きな部屋を選ぶよう言われた。その部屋たるや寝室の他に大きな浴室、読書室、廊下まであり、家一軒分の広さで、調度品も明り取りの窓も伝統的な装飾。朝夕食付きにしたら、好きな時間に好きな物を食べに来てよいと言われ、存分に利用した。ディナーは屋上で焚火を囲み、ラジャスタンの伝統音楽のライブを楽しみながらだった。大勢働くスタッフが皆フレンドリー。観光客の出入りもあるが、街の喧騒から隔絶された静かな中庭に座りぼーっと過ごすも良し。書き尽くせないほどの歓待を受けた。

歴史的建物を保存しながら宿泊施設として使っているので、使えるお湯の量に限界があるなど、少しは我慢すべき点もある。
