Extrem laut im Zimmer wegen Personenstrom direkt nebenan (Museum), Wasser im Pool unsauber und trüb, Matratze hart, Dusche semi-funktional, Essen versalzen, Frühstücksbuffet unterdurchschnittlich.

This hotel is in the heart of Jaisalmer, 8 minutes walk from the fort and other sites. It is just beautiful - it is a historic palace converted into a luxury hotel (but at a reasonable cost for the room!). My room was wonderful - in one of the historic wings of the palace, and overlooked a beautiful courtyard,. The building resembles the historic architecture of Jaisalmer, and the hotel has a historic section for non-guest visitors. My train arrived at 5am, and the staff were very generous in letting me relax, have breakfast, get settled much earlier than required. They could not have been nicer. The pool is great - quiet, relaxed, calm.

Our family loved the WelcomHeritage Mandir Palace. The stunning heritage architecture and central location are perfect for exploring Jaisalmer. The comfort and service were exceptional, especially the rooftop dining. We highly commend Mr. Parbat Singh, the General Manager, for the team's warm and professional hospitality. A truly royal experience
