WelcomHeritage Mandir Palace

This former palace turned hotel is a beautiful property with a nice room and friendly staff. The location is perfect, and the rooftop restaurant offers a stunning view of the Jaisalmer Fort.

The rooms didn’t quite meet the luxurious standard expected from a five-star property, and the bathrooms could use some upgrades.

It was a lovely property. Well maintained and clean. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The staff is smiling and courteous . We had an enjoyable stay at WelcomHeritage Mandir Palace. The fort view from the terrace is an icing on the cake.

Absolutely stunning part palace part hotel. Stayed on the Golden Suite which had comfy double bed and separate small sitting room. Close to the fort. Lovely rooftop restaurant and separate breakfast room. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

breakfast was good, spread could have been more elaborate. restaurant dinner was not at all upto expectation and for the price, disappointing!

food could have been better,however staff was very helpful and co-operative.

Mr Singh and his staff were incredibly helpful and thank you for all your support. The hotel is well placed for seeing the fort and Jaisalmer city. The room were very clean, The hotel offered a very interesting complimentary museum of the royal family. A very pleasant hotel to stay at during your visit to Jaisalmer

An intermittent blast from an extractor hood close to our bedroom, that came on several times in the early evening for a 10 minute blast up until about 8.00pm. The swimming pool steps into the pool were very dangerous. I had warned the staff on the second day that one of the steps was loose and needing repairing and on our final day another step gave way resulting in the step collapsing and me ending up with a damaged shoulder due to the fall onto the edge of the pool. Both steps should be replaced with a more sturdy construction - somebody could have a very serious accident

In the heart of Jaisalmer it is an amazing and quiet place to stay

A short stay at this amazing heritage palace was comfortable and restful. The staff were friendly, simple yet efficient and very helpful. The hotel is well located just a short walk to the fort. Dinner on the rooftop with its spectacular view of the fort was delicious although I must confess I only ordered the Lal Maas, the regions specialty goat curry with its fiery color and taste. The hotel could do with some modernizing without altering its old world charm like faster internet and maybe get a bar license !!

Location was excellent and stay is made memorable by manager and staff of the hotel for their excellent service and the humbleness , will visit again
