WelcomHeritage Mandir Palace

Hotel is in a palace residence in center of town . We could walk down to the local market and the fort The look and feel of the place was very nice . They had a museum inside the property . It wasn’t crowded place and looked quite relaxing and pretty Very helpful staff Amazing dinner with musical performers at night

This Palace cum Hotel cum Museum was simply excellent. The Location was just perfect too, in the centre of the town. Service was excellent so was the food. Don’t miss this. Worth an experience. You will feel like Royalty after staying here. Go for it!

Wonderful stay and great hospitality. Location is just fabulous as most of the excursions are walkable from the hotel. Food is awesome. The laal maas and the bhuna gosht were super scrumptious. The hotel is very clean and the royalty staying on campus adds more value to the experience.

Plenty of character with history oozing out. Actual royal abode with excellent hospitality of staff, green soothing ambience and magnificent suites. Well maintained pool but not heated so can’t access in winter

Sometimes tourists visiting the museum walk into private places as the suites are within the palace complex. This can be annoying but hotel staff to their best to prevent it. Could be better if there was a gym on site

Ordinary Breakfast (e.g.: coconut chutney tastes like coconut oil)  Poor Maintenance: Screws protruding from chairs Basin tap is moving Bad Communication: How we are supposed to know that daily cleaning service on request only?  Despite paying in full some 20 days back. System showed that we have to pay. Clarified in 10 minutes. 

The location is very central, making it easy to visit everything. The overall structure is very beautiful, and the dinner music performance was good. A lot of history here. Service was good.

Had booked a suite, but was given a normal deluxe room, which was definitely not worth the price we paid. Breakfast was average. Room upkeep is very basic, and washrooms are more like motels than a proper hotel. Definitely need to spend to revamp the rooms.
