WelcomHeritage Mandir Palace

Staff is the best ever. Not only is the senior manager Mr. Bhojraj Singh extremely helpful, he is somehow always there. All the rest of the staff is wonderful. The place itself is probably the most beautiful landmark in Jaisalmer. Even though it's already a highly rated hotel, you really have to see it to believe it. Superb experience.

It's a heritage well-preserved property which can be tricky for people with mobility challenges. But the staff will go out of their way to help out.

In addition to my other review, I should add that it is in the prime location. Everything to see in Jaisalmer is between this hotel and the fort. It's only about 10-12 minute walk to the fort (but it will surely take longer because Jaisalmer will charm your pants off). I'll say again: excellent, excellent staff.

Spacious rooms. Location heart of city, short walk to fort.

Booking experience was terrible. Despite making a reservation on booking . Com and free cancellation given until a date, they kept hounding for payment from the same day as making the reservation and threatening to release the rooms if 50% advance payment is not made.

Hospitality, Food and Ambience are awesome here.

Good experience living in a Heritage property. Service was excellent. Area outside of the hotel is terrible and very busy and noisy.

Great place to stay in Jaisalmer. An old palace with a good location. The breakfast was OK though they should improve on products and services. Otherwise it's beautiful place to stay.

The breakfast lay out was not very professional. As per hotel standard it's 5 rating from my side
