The river side? That is the reason I booked this hotel

The price is over, the staff is not attentive and unprofessional. They asked for extra charge if pay by card, then I said how about you charge directly through Booking? and it is exactly the amount I saw on Booking (with the same card), so be aware of this. The room is not clean, mold everywhere in the bathroom, and the TV and TV furniture is missing.
