The Asian man working at the reception desk , unfriendly , looks angry , not welcoming at all . Has no idea about customer service🫤

The reception staff were friendly and I am grateful that they accommodated my early arrival by allowing me to check-in the morning.

During breakfast, a guest's actions left me feeling overwhelmed. I felt attracked. I tried to express my feelings at the reception, hoping for more empathy from the staff. Although, I realised they can't change people's behaviour. I expected more empathetic response. Additionally, the patio chairs were uncomfortable that I fell off it more than twice. Whilst, the wardrobe design lacked consideration, as the hangers were positioned too high for someone of average female height.

날씨만 좋다면 환상적인 뷰를 방에서 직접 볼수 있습니다. 그리고 아침식사 특히 쌀국수도 만족스럽고 아침식사하면서 멋진 뷰와 함께 할수 있어 좋습니다. 수영장 시설도 좋고 거기서 피자등을 시켜 먹었는데 맛 있었습니다.

Mountain View, good bed and shower

For this price, the room is tiny and the breakfast is very poor. The reception staff is not very friendly, and the rest of the staff is simply tired and indifferent. Also, there is absolutely no desk in the room where you can work on a laptop, which was very annoying. The internet is weak, and some devices couldn't connect at all.

The view

Honestly, this has to be one of the worst experiences of my life. There was a massive party that wouldn’t stop. The noise came through the door like crazy members of staff for urinating outside of my door. The Asian man at reception was quite rude when I said that I couldn’t sleep in that room, but due to the noise. They booked me into the wrong room then moved me to the wrong room. The price is extremely high for such low quality. But the French member of staff was very kind.
