All guests staying in hotel guest rooms must be registered with the hotel. Non-registered guests will be asked to leave their ID cards or identification papers at the reception desk. In case of staying overnight non-registered fee will be applied. Please note that the name of the credit cad holder must be the same as the guest’s name and credit card along with a valid ID must be presented to the property upon check-in. if the credit card is not presented, a new payment is required. The spa is temporarily closed until further notice. "For eligible bookings, a 10% discount on food and beverages from the à la carte menu applies. Excludes alcoholic beverages, in-room dining, and mini-bar items. Cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions. Valid until 31 October 2026. Applicable once per meal, per bill, per stay."Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
