"Amazing Attentive Staff Team"

I could not describe just how attentive and joyful all staff are in this hotel from service staff, chefs, cleaners, luggage assistants and especially all the pool bar staff (@Mild and others), I wish I was able name all the staff who have made this trip so memorable through their dedication to accommodating us!!! The staff in Namaka are worth their weight in gold and go above and beyond to meet your needs for the duration of your trip.

It was our second visit to NAMAKA RESORT KAMALA. The stay fulfilled all our expectations formed during our earlier visit. Beautiful & clean! The property is very well maintained with good swimming pools. ....and has a great view as it is on a hill....with most rooms facing the sea. The shuttle service to Kamala Beach during the day can be increased to have a couple shuttles in the evening too . The breakfast is really nice with international & local dishes too. The staff is what really compels one to come back to this beautiful place.

"Lovely NAMAKA!!"

Everything was great. Starting with the 'Check - In ' experience, ...all the Reception staff .:-Nukarn,Tha,,Eye,Irin,Aun were very welcoming and courteous. Khun Tony from reception was exceptionally efficient and pleasant.Special 'kudos' to him. Bell - Boy team :Naif,Fairut,Navin,Eng were all very helpful. Blue Sea Restaurant - Breakfast team :Preaw,May,Mind,Beach .. all very good. Namaka has always held a special place in our hearts. This was our second visit. The friendliness of the staff and the prompt service has never failed to impress us.

I had a truly exceptional stay at Namaka Resort. From the moment I arrived, the staff made a wonderful impression — they were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The level of service was genuinely top-notch. The views from the resort are absolutely stunning and made the entire experience even more memorable. Waking up to such beautiful scenery every day was something special. The only small downside was that the breakfast selection was a bit limited and could be more varied. However, this did not take away from the overall quality of my stay at all. I would definitely recommend this resort — it was a fantastic experience.
