Eden Rock Hotel

It’s only our 2 day here and I’m furious. The staff is rude, the room needs some really good cleaning and remodeling as it’s rotten , the furniture is old and the walls are dirty, the toilet seat is filthy and dirty, no soap, no nothing . We bought all inclusive and when I wanted to take some drinks they told me to pay for them… the food is horrible, they don’t have a proper breakfast buffet, there is no hygiene in this hotel… I’m really disappointed to be honest, I still have to stay here for another week and endure this only because I paid and I won’t get a refund back

I don't know we're I am after reading other people's experiences but I'm definitely not in the same place. On a glance room looked spotless but on closer inspection it was absolutely rotten, the shower is brutally cold, with scurvy on tiles and all around joins, curtains needed gud clean in fact binned n new 1ss bought they r full ov fag burns, stained, the food well definitely not 4 our taste, being all inclusive we thought we wud save a penny or 2, not on this occasion, alls tha they offer drink wise is vodka, rum and gin, av 2 pay 4 bottles of lager at 300 Egyptian each, only gud thing about this place is the stunning views and location. The sea was warmer than the pool and the worst part was the 139 steps down 2 go beach, shop and bars then 139 steps back up 2 hotel which is not easy wen u av ad a drink. We went 2 hurgharda last yr so we wnt other side this yr n as stunning as Egypt was I definitely won't be going again.

The staff are really friendly and warm, they took care of our needs, nice and clean rooms and we were left little swans made from the towels when they did room service. The bellboys helped us with our bags during check in and check out. Although on cliff tops they have steps down to Naama Bay Area, short 10min walk, although the steps are a bit much, our legs were toned after the holiday! They have a beach you get free entry to with cards you get from reception, a short walk to the front and it’s a lovely friendly beach with amazing staff. Would be a five star but only let down was food, not much range (they only offer 5 trays of hot food) most meals being a pasta dish, rice and one type of protein, we ended up eating out most days despite having all inclusive. Also they don’t have proper mosquito nets on the balcony doors so they slip in, stock up on mosquito spray! Overall really lovely experience!

Just returned from an amazing 10 day holiday. Mahmood and all the staff were amazing and so helpful. Room cleaned ever other day and everything spotless. They could not do enough for us Wonderful pool area and so clean Can't wait to return next year

Such a lovely stay. Clean hotel definitely a 4 star not a three star hotel. Amazing staff looked after us well Food was amazing ( breakfast could be better though). Lunch and dinner was good. Fresh food every day even when we asked for fish it was prepared for us. It was my nieces birthday they baked her a cake free of charge. Check out we wanted to stay until 9pm then allowed us to do this. Very good experience

Food was a bit samey and not always to our taste but we couldn't actually fault it. Hotel staff were all fantastic and friendly, eager to help at all times. Pool is fresh filtered so a bit on the cool side. Room was basic but clean. It's an ideal spot for a base camp. If your plan is to stay on the property for over 40% of your holiday I'd personally pay a bit extra for somewhere luxury. Not ideal for those with mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs to go down to get to the town and beaches but after a couple of days we were used to them. All in all we've had a lovely time and would happily return to Eden Rock without hesitation.

Well managed hotel with stunning gardens,pool and fantastic views over naam Bay.The staff here are very professional and go out of their way to look after you.The room was modern and clean with fresh towels and cleaned every day. The only problem is the food,liver,chicken or fish with no taste,possibly catering for the Egyptian diet.cut salad and veg.Breakfast was yoghurt,veg cut up and these little cakes.This seriously spoils this superb hotel,however the price is cheap so you can eat out.would visit again though as we had a fabulous time in a great setting with the best staff.

Avoid this place, the first room they put us into had no bed sheets, no working aircon, no WiFi, and no towels, they put us into a second room 2 hours later, with no WiFi, and when we turned the aircon on it started raining all over the room, so they put us into a third room the next day. The food was disgusting, nothing suitable for a vegetarian apart from the rice. I found a caterpillar in my lettuce whilst I was eating. The tiles all around the pool are broken and defo a health hazard. The hotel itself is dirty.
