We stayed here last night and everything was absolutely top notch. The owner Jackie welcomed us warmly and genuinely and happily advised us where to eat out that night. Our room was spacious, light and airy, spotlessly clean with two comfortable chairs and a table as well as a double bed that was very comfortable. The en-suite and toiletries were excellent. Oh, yes, the complimentary bottles of water in the room were a nice touch too. The breakfast was very nice and cooked to perfection. This was a great bed and breakfast experience and outstandingly good value for money.
Warm and helpful host. We were originally going to stay one night but extended our stay another night as we enjoyed the facility & felt at home. Convenient to several other activities. Great breakfast and parking right in front of the Guest House. We would definitely stay there again.

Had a great time at the B&B despite finding Perth somewhat disappointing in retrospect. Jackie was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing. If you're staying in Perth, this is your pick! Great B&B!
Very clean , great breakfast and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. There are only 4 parking spaces but this was not an issue during our stay despite the guest house being full as apparently it is unusual for all guests to have cars and there is an arrangement with the hotel next door when the need arises + free parking nearby. As you would expect there is no lift so those who struggle with stairs might want to ensure their room is on the lower floors.

As a couple we travelled here staying for 3 nights couldn’t praise this place any more a really friendly host who goes out of her way to help. Breakfast was pre order which I found it suited us perfectly. The dining room was clean and nicely spaced out and other offerings for breakfast apart from cooked had an excellent selection. The bedroom was very clean towels changed daily, fresh water and biscuits left each day. The bed it has been the best mattress I have ever slept on along with the amazing duvet and pillows. Into the spacious bathroom with lovely toiletries fluffy towels, constant hot water and an exceptional power shower. Would recommend this place very highly 5***** Jackie is the best host ever
