It was great! Family who runs it are super friendly. Stay includes a great breakfast. Right next to a huge grocery store and short walk from downtown. Great price as well.
Don’t be fooled by thinking you’re getting a quaint family run guesthouse experience, it was at one time but now it’s owned by the Indian restaurant and hotel next door. The rooms are clean and breakfast is very good. Good value for money and a short walk to pubs and restaurants if you don’t fancy the Indian.
The room was large and comfortable. Extra blankets were provided. The separate bath was spacious. Shower had hot enough water. We would stay here again. Adjacent restaurant owned by proprietor provided an excellent full breakfast. Optional dinner was very good Indian cuisine. Front of guest house is being rehabbed.
The Nepalese boys were excellent and very welcoming. The room was very clean and well stocked and all the meals were very good
My stay was enjoyable no problems apart from the tv only giving me about 10 channels 😞😞
Limited parking, had to park over the road outside an office overnight and then move it in the morning
Accommodation was very good nice and clean could not really fault it would say a decaf coffee and some sweeteners on the host tray might help very friendly staff the owner also very friendly and helpful. 8 out of 10 The only thing that really let it down was the breakfast sausages undercook Black pudding was that hard you could have used it as a door stop scrambled eggs stogie and toast came about 15min before your breakfast thankfully that was ok 1 out of 10 I had food the night before and it was lovely
Spotless room, kind staff and good breakfast.
It took half an hour to check in. My bathroom was next door - although private to me. But it was clean and good to see drinking water was provided
