Everyone was so nice to us , the room were comfortable and cute , it’s a perfect location being really close to the 5th avenue, the food is great, and the price are really good

There wasn’t a lot of pressure in the shower

The rooms are quite big and clean. The position is nice. The breakfast is decent!

So many rules, you are afraid to even touch the towels. The beach was very dirty it was impossible to stay there so we ended up leaving after one night.

"Solides Hotel, wenn man kein Luxus möchte"

Die Lage des Hotels ist super.

Sauberkeit in den Zimmern, alles sehr alt mittlerweile, Dusche z.B. schimmelig. Bettdecken hatten Flecken Personal wirkt auf den ersten Moment sehr unfreundlich, Frühstück ist okay, bestellt man per Karte. Brot/ Toast oder ähnliches war nicht vorhanden. Vorsicht! Seegras war zu dieser Zeit extrem, man konnte den Strandzugang nicht nutzen. Im empfehle sich vorher zu informieren.

LA ATENCIÓN POR PARTE DEL LOBBY, NO TIENE IDEA DE TODAS LAS CONSULTAS QUE LE HACES, NO DA SOLUCIÓN A NADA, COMO EL INTERNET, NO HAY INFORMACION EXACTA, Y LA LIMPIEZA DE LA PLAYA LLENA DE SARGAZO, ESTE HOTEL NO LO HACÍA, MIENTRAS OTROS HOTELES CONTIGUOS SI, EL DESAYUNO NO HAY VARIEDADES, NI DE FRUTAS NI DE COMIDAS, QUE LAS SILLAS QUE ESTÁ AL FRONTIS DEL HOTEL ES PARA TERCEROS QUE CONSUMAN EN ELRESTAURANT DEL HOTEL, Y OTRO AL COSTADO PEQUEÑO PARA LOS DEL HOTEL, SI TE PASAS 1 MINUTO EN EL CHECK OUT TE HACEN UN PROBLEMA, PARA PAGAR ADICIONAL, POR QUE ESTA EN LAS LETRAS CHIQUITAS QUE FIRMAS.
