Loved that it was on the beach and in the middle of everything. The restaurant was on the beachfront too. Breakfast was good.

Loved everything about our stay

Great location in Playa, it felt safe and awesome access to the beach club. Staff were amazing, especially Luis and Eduardo. Good restaurant and it is nice and private. Very worth the money.

The curtains are sheer and pointless in garden rooms and lights stay on overnight. It is extremely bright and makes it difficult to sleep. We asked reception if they could turn them off (they can’t) and after the 3rd night they unscrewed our lightbulb outside so it was less bright. (The photo attached is at midnight). Perhaps invest in proper curtains as I have read other reviews of people experiencing the same problem. That is the only problem.

Great stay for 3 nights, staff were friendly and helpful. Only ate breakfast there but the food was excellent and some of the lads in the restaurant spoke brilliant English. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable, air con and shower worked without issue, plenty of space. The hotel in general was clean and tidy. Easy beach access with plenty of sun loungers available. Great location, just off of 5th Avenue but we were not affected by any noise from there. Felt safe and secure in the area in general and in the hotel, there is security around the clock. Would stay again.

La.ubicacion es excelente ..porq esta frente al mar y a menos de media cuadra de la 5 avenida y ahi adentro no se escucha ningún ruido es espectacular,el desayuno muy rico y la atención 10 de 10

O café da manhã é bom, apesar de simples. O cardápio atende as necessidades de quem vai passar o dia inteiro em passeios.

Pouca opção de pães e o suco oferecido tinha açúcar. O banheiro não tinha ducha higiênica. O espaço do quarto todo aberto incomoda para quem não viaja sózinho.

Hotel molto pulito dotato di frigo e doccia molto spaziosa con getto bello forte, 2 letti alla francese con materassi molto comodi, camera grande dotata di cassaforte. Bel giardino tropicale curato, l'hotel e' vicinissimo alla 5th avenue ma molto silenzioso, la via e' laterale alla movida, a 50mt. Sinceramente io preferisco questo tipo di hotel a quelli enormi di Cancun che sono dei palazzoni, questo e' molto piu' 'Messicano' e molto piu' intimo, ci si conosce tutti, due passi e sei in spiaggia. Bello.

-La colazione purtroppo e' servita alle 8, troppo tardi per tutte le escursioni che partono alle 7 del mattino. Viene dato un box con toast, un frutto e bottiglietta d'acqua in sostituzione. La colazione e' un piatto solo con caffe' e succo e noi sceglievamo il piatto di frutta, per noi sufficiente, ma c'erano anche le uova per chi voleva. -Molte alghe sulla spiaggia, ma devo dire che facevano di tutto per pulire continuamente. -Mi sarebbe piaciuta una camera al piano di sopra, al sole, perche' in mezzo al giardino c'era molta ombra e i pochi panni non asciugavano, in compenso entrava poca luce al mattino. Ma per me sono piccolezze rispetto al rapporto qualita' prezzo ed alla gentilezza
