The hotel has a great location right on the beach

The hotel is overrated The TV does not work if you don't have any subscriptions....streaming subs I found a few stains on the towels No blankets other than the sheets on the bed

Os funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos. A localização é ótima e o hotel atendeu nossas expectativas. Certamente caso um dia retorne para Playa del Carmen retornaria ao hotel. O chuveiro é bom, a cama é boa e o quarto bem limpo. Pela localização do hotel acaba que durante a noite o quarto sofre com barulho mas isso não é culpa do hotel e é consequência da ótima localização. A estrutura na praia do hotel é muito boa e horário também é bem amplo para utilizar.

Plage devant l'hôtel est belle et très bien nettoyée, personnel sympathique et courtois, chambre lune de miel avec vue magnifique et confortable. Bon rapport qualité prix et emplacement près de la 5e avenue parfaite ! Aucun dérangement ni bruit la nuit malgré la proximité de la ville.
