"Staff needs improvement "

The hotel needs a better staff at reception, room service and restaurants. There is not even a single female staff. How can you run a hotel with all male staff? And the male satff have no training in hospitality. There is also shortages of staff number. Needs better staff and training. The security os also untrained and unprofessional. Overall professional touch of a 5 star is lacking.

Location

Its an old hotel. Entire hotel was empty, no guests, but still the room rates are very high. Morning breakfast is not good. All drinks are heavily watered down.
