"Didn’t live upto it’s name and price"

Location, views, food, and staff.

1. Outdated property: 1) keys kept deactivating, 2) Toilet flush were unreliable, 3) Toilet seat were not fixed properly kept moving, 4) Bathtub water stopper broken and lead to overflow. For a 15k per night hotel this isn’t the quality that one expects.

"I would like to stay there again - but hope that they can pick it up a bit."

The location, the building, the space in the rooms and the ambiance.

Maintenance seemed a little poor. The rooms are looking a little old and the bathrooms could do with some sprucing up.
