La Marvella, Bengaluru

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at La Marvella. Chiranjit and Guru Murthy made our stay great and tended to all of our needs. Sanath at the front desk was very helpful as well. The Golden Oak restaurant and Via Milano employees were all fantastic. We are grateful to the staff of La Marvella for helping us have a great stay.

The staff were pleasant and friendly. Though it did not have a five star hotel service

This is not a five star hotel, even though it’s priced like one. The property itself would not even be rated a 3 star hotel. It is poorly maintained and looks nothing like the photos online. The pool feels like a building site and the gym is filthy with half of the things not working. The rooms are very average with no real amenities, poorly maintained bathrooms and filthy areas in the room too. The food is that of a budget hostel. It is shocking bad value for money.

The room was clean and comfortable. The housekeeping service was also great and timely. All staff were friendly and supportive. Food was OK for me as a vegetarian and probably the best range of Veg Sandwiches I have had anywhere. The only thing I felt could do with a makeover was the Gym. I used it every day and the treadmills could do with a service and the weights area with an update and cleaned more often. But it is adequate for my stay.

It was a nice clean hotel with overall an excellent level of service from all the staff. We particularly enjoyed the Italian restaurant onsite and the bar area. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Location, for me - it was not central enough.
