Room very clean and comfortable. Effective A/C and bed.

Pool shared with pigeons and kites. Not cleaned as a bird egg sat on poolside for 3 days. Requires a net over. Not all staff friendly. However the security staff outside very pleasant. Alcohol very expensive compared to outside bars. Spa....very outdated. Perhaps from the 1970s. Would not stay again and not recommend to others.

The room was spacious, clean, well organised, and had modern technology. For instance, there was a unified system or panel to control curtains, lighting, etc.

The staff at the restaurants (some, not all) should be more polite and professional. One of the managers in their Italian restaurant (tall, young guy) was itching his crotch in between serving foods on table, without washing hands. There were mosquitoes in their restaurant, and when pointed out (and asked for a mosquito repellent), his behaviour was not the best. I do not generalise this because there were nice people, too.

I have stayed here many times over the last 7 years, and nothing has changed in that time. Its okay, but getting tired and a bit shabby. Biggest issue on this trip was the power cutting throughout the night, youd think this was not an issue, but every time the power came on the TV automatically came on....additionally the AC was also on and off all night...
