Adonis Cannes - Hôtel Thomas

Disappointed in the restrooms and the service. The staff rejected our request for extra towels, stating that every client could only have one towel per day. We didn't receive cleaning or room service for a whole day. Breakfast was not very good either.

The value for money. You get what you pay for. It was a 2/3-star basic hotel. The first double balcony room we were given was elementary like a motel, with no TV. We then complained and the staff changed our room to a better room with a TV and more like a hotel room. The staff were polite and kind.

It's outside of Cannes and using Uber to Cannes daily was 18 Euros one way. We tried a bus once and it was 1.70 Euros for a bus ticket, but it's a 10-minute walk to the bus top. The walk is not suitable for the disabled or the elderly persons as the streets are steep. The cleaner did not refill the body soap dispenser, therefore no soap after day one.

Chambre acceptable, mais salle de bain médiocre. Pas d'eau chaude, lave mains ds la salle de bain et lavabo au WC. Pas de serviettes de bain. Pas de parking
