"Pas de 2ème chance - jamais"

L'esprit d'aide des personnels qui à 00h30 nous ont donné les clés de notre chambre

Arrivé à minuit avec mes 2 enfants, la machine d'accueil automatique d'enregistrement et de distribution des cartes magnétiques d'ouverture des portes ne fonctionnait pas (pas de connexion internet), le téléphone d'astreinte était directement sur messagerie et le téléphone fixe de l'hôtel était sur répondeur. Après 30mn d'appel, un employé est venu (par conscience professionnel - car il n'avait pas le téléphone d'astreinte) bien qu'il ait commencé sa journée à 05h00 (du matin) et nous a donné la clé de notre chambre. Merci à lui - Carton rouge aux propriétaires et/ou gestionnaires de l'hôtel.

Pas d’accueil pour notre arrivée prévue pour 17h. La borne ne fonctionnait pas. Personnel froid et non chalant. Sanitaires trop étroit et pas du tout adapté si on est avec des enfants.

Je suis arrivée personne a l'accueil après j'ai fait la borne réservation non trouvée. Pour le petit déjeuner pareil il devait être prêt pour 7h 7h30 toujours rien je suis partie sans prendre mon petit déjeuner . séjour très mauvais .je ne le conseil pas

L'accueil,personnel très sympathique et souriant. Petit déjeuner copieux et variés.

Salle de bain trop petite,un réel manque de place. Chambre mal agencée. Porte d'entrée de l'hôtel défectueuse,ouverte toute la nuit.

Je n'ai pas pu accéder a ma chambre du 6/6 au 7/6 Aucune carte pass débité en totalité j'ai dormi dans ma voiture !! Je demande le remboursement Merci
