"Une nuit dehors"

On ne peut pas dire ce que l'on a pas aimé. Arrivée après minuit (on a essayé de prévenir de l'heure d'arrivée dans la soirée à partir de 21h personne n'a jamais répondu) du coup on a passé la nuit dehors... Littéralement

Pas d'accueil, pas de réponse au numéro d'astreinte, une borne pour nous donner les clefs qui n'a jamais reconnu le numéro de réservation....

Nous n'avons pas pu dormir dans notre chambre préalablement réservée et payée. Nous sommes arrivés dans l'après-midi pour nous installer. Il y a un problème de carte, les personnes sur place m'expliquent que je peux aller me balader et que si jamais j'ai encore un problème de carte, je devais appeler le numéro d'astreinte. Nous rentrons vers 23h30, et là nous ne pouvons pas entrer dans notre chambre. Le numéro d'astreinte ne fonctionne pas et après plus de 45min a être sur place pour voir si un membre du personnel venait... Mais non. Nous avons du partir chercher une autre chambre dans une autre hôtel, sans notre valise qui était bien sûr restée dans notre chambre
