très bon accueil du réceptionniste et du personnel.

La clim de la chambre était en panne. Sur notre demande, on nous a donné une autre chambre mais dont la clim était également en dérangement. On ne nous a pas fait d'autres proposition. Il faisait 36° et l'atmosphère était irrespirable. Nous avons laissé la fenêtre grande ouverte toute la nuit et avons été dévorés par les moustiques. Nous n'avons pas pu nous reposer et nous demandons le remboursement de notre nuitée

Pas de personnel pour ouvrir l'établissement. Nous n'avons pas eu accès à notre location. Nous avons dû annuler notre réservation et réserver un autre établissement. J'ai d'ailleurs demandé un remboursement sans frais. Très mauvaise expérience

Accueil pour la plupart des temps fermé Chambre trop petite Ce que j’ai détesté le plus est l’absence d’ascenseur.J’ai dû porter ma lourde valise jusqu’au deuxième étage.Je n’ai même pas pu demander de l’aide vu la fermeture de l’accueil

L' 'accueil de la réception 9 super gentille

Là grandeur de la chambre je mesure 1m87 120 kgj ai eu du mal à rentrer dans la douche + ... Là photo de l établissement ne correspond pas du tout à ce que nous avons réceptionné, de plus j'ai de l' argent qui a. Disparues de mon sac à main que j avais laissé dans la chambre pendant le déjeuner dimanche. Je m en suis aperçu sur la route du retour. Cordialement Mr Brouard
