Le petit-déjeuner était très bien, le personnel sympathique et à l'écoute.

La salle de bain très petite, difficile de s'habiller sur les WC et la porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas. Difficile d'avoir de l'intimité. Enfin, mauvaise isolation phonique de la chambre, on entend beaucoup les portes claquées.

L'amabilité du personnel

Trop bruyant, aucun respect des clients. On parle à voix haute la ́uit, on claque les portes, on se demande de quelle clientèle il s'agit. Dommage ayant un secondaire proche de l'Espagne, nous cherchions une étape pour dormir et partir par les Nationnales et faire le trajet sur 2 jours afin d'éviter les autoroutes. Au retour le 15 Juin nous allons tester un autre hôtel.

Non fonctionnement du terminal de paiement par CB, il fallait payer en liquide arrivé sur place, pas un coup de téléphone pour prévenir (arrivé a 21h). La housse de couette présenter des tâches et il y avait des poils dans la salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas prêt pourtant j'avais demandé l'horaire la veille (6h30) et les viennoiseries son du congelées et toutes petites, pain sec, brioche entamé et sèche. Il y avait une forte odeur de cigarette a l'étage chambre 209. Heureusement la nuit était calme
