Hotel Kingsley

Gute Lage zwischen Flughafen und City, Fähranleger in der Nähe und man kann mit der Fähre oder dem Bus in die Stadt fahren.

Flughafenshuttle verkehrt nur vom Hotel zum Airport bis 12.00 Uhr mittags. Das steht leider so nicht bei booking, obwohl das Hotel schon versucht hat, es zu ändern.

The early check in, ease of parking, the decor of the room (it's tasteful, modern and warming), the cleanliness of the room and surrounds, the black out curtains, the little treats & fresh/real milk & and the courtesy bus to the racecourse.

Nothing (and that is saying something because I am fussy). However, if I could provide one tiny piece of feedback it would be to be provided with small soap bars for the shower. The liquid wash is lovely but just not my thing.

Conveniently located, easy parking and check in and great restaurant.

Excellent service by the hosts & Cam was very helpful with giving us ideas for sightseeing. The property is well furnished & tidy. The dinner & breakfast we had at the hotel were both delicious & proportions large. Conveniently, a 3 minute walk takes you to eateries, IGA, cinema, chemist etc. 10 minute walk to Brett's Wharf to take the quick cat ferries. Shuttle service to the airport was really convenient too. Well done guys, we will definitely stay again when in Brisbane.

The whole experience was amazing, the staff friendly and very knowledgeable. And nothing was a hassle for them.

Best could have been more comfortable

Pre Cruise accommodation and very well suited to our needs as close to the Brisbane Airport and the BICT. A modern, clean and quiet room with a large TV. Plenty of dining options within walking distance. Helen at reception was very welcoming and helpful with advice about the hotel and the surrounding area.

The Hotel Kingsley is a clean, convenient and up-to-date motel about halfway between the airport and CBD Brisbane, located on a fairly major road artery in and out of the city, but surprisingly within a safe 10 min. walk down that same artery to the Bretts Wharf Ferry stop, where you can catch one of the wonderful ferries that ply the Brisbane River (for a mindblowingly inexpensive 50 cents) and get downtown on a gorgeous ride in about 25-30 min. Room is clean, and sufficiently spacious, bed is comfy, bathroom is clean and well lit. We were there just for an overnighter, and the next morning the friendly woman at the front desk gave us all sorts of handy tips on our next destination, plus some delicious cookies to go. Overall, a very positive experience at the Kingsley.
