Hôtel Villa Marie Saint Tropez

Location is good close to the beach and not far from town , they have shuttle service to town which is helpful. Breakfast is very good.

Room was loud, you can hear other people showering, flushing toilet. Overall stay was good but far from luxurious. This is our second time at the resort and first time we stayed it was better. This time upon departure we had to pay city tax which was nowhere mentioned upon booking etc.

The location is beautiful.

Everything 'is the decision of the owner', but staff don't really listen and react to complains and concerns. When we complained about a hole in the middle of the bed, the reaction was 'they are new', when we told them we left early because of that and the fact that there are too many wasps there to be able to enjoy, the lady at the front desk replied that we had to pay it all. Not even a discussion on my side, if I leave because I dont like it, ofc I will pay it all. But that this was her first reaction was painful from our guest perspective.
