Villa Niccolò

Spacious, everyone had their own room. Perfect for three couples. Lovely view of Lake Como. Loved the proximity to the ferry, to other Como cities, and to our favorite local restaurant Belle Ile.

Upstairs bed was very firm, too firm for our preference. And pillows were a little thin.

Everything was great

Great location, fantastic views and better than the pictures! The ferry is only a short walk away but the villa is in a quiet spot with lots of room for the whole family to have space. The view of Bellagio from the bedroom and lounge was impressive and it was lovely having our meals on the verandah.

There were no heating in the bathroom

The property is very clean and excellently equipped. We loved the location of the property although we found the Lake Como region a little tricky to get to without accessing private transfers. We stayed in January and were not aware that most of the restaurants would be closed. That being said we would definitely rebook in the warmer months and highly recommend this property to anyone travelling the this region. The host was very easy to communicate with.

The views were amazing and location was beautiful. The property was amazing in its design.

Not enough towels and no regular check up to make sure we didn't need anything. It has 2 meter box (one inside and one on the street), we lost power for one night thinking the area had no power, but the next day I got told that there was a second box outside on the street. Transport can be expensive if travelling to visit places. Otherwise 100% will come back here.

The wonderful view from the terasse, the spacious home, and Leila flexibility for the check-in. Thanks a lot.

The view was amazing. We enjoyed all the space to spread out and the ability to easily walk to restaurants and the ferry dock.

The showers were small and maybe not right sized for someone over 6ft. Beds were not the most comfortable.

Fantastic location, exceptional views, villa spotless and equipped with everything we needed.
