Apartments not for people with mobility problems, Not enough info on how to get keys when arrive. Full of young people and very noisy with drunks

Rubbish left by previous guests that literally stunk the place up. A mountain is being demolished next door and heavy duty machinery is been used , website misleading al and all a disaster

Rooms were all clean and comfortable. However, the lock for our front door was clearly broken as we had to get security up to the room on three different occasions to assist in opening the door and with no telephone number for reception on any doors/walls we had to make our way from the 34th floor down to the building down the road to reception to ask for assistance. The door jam/frame was damaged and not square which meant closing the door was always a hassle as nothing lined up. The kitchen was also a sore sight. The worktop was made of several small offcuts, some of which weren’t even secure. Pieces of the worktop were broken apart around the sink and if touched would of come apart, very clearly needed replacing rather than attempting to poorly fix it. Extractor fans in both bathrooms didn’t work and no window either so no way of getting the steam out. Overall wouldn’t recommend the self catering apartments, maybe would be different in the main hotel, but disappointing standard.

Only booked this accommodation as there were tickets to mundomar included, but unfortunately it was closed and nobody told us. Rooms are nice with a great view but up a step hill

The hotel room was really good, and also had more than enough facilities in there. But there was no reception area and also the pool and a few facilities was closed for maintenance. Having said that we was allowed to use the hotel next door facilities was was really good but we was really confused when we arrived. Having said that it was a really good trip and the hotel was really good in the end

Clean, bright property with good sized and well equipped rooms. It's well away from all the buzz and noise and being so high up gives superb views (when not raining 😂)
