Lovely apart from being a little too far out. But very clean and comfortabe. Possibly the use of a toaster and hairdryer would be good.

We only stayed for a weekend.. had a two bed apartment was lovely only issue was the shower with toilet and sink .. water just drenched the floor which was very slippery!! Other than that was very good booking again for nxt year

we were a party of 11 age range 14-74 all enjoyed ourselves nice clean apartments would have appreciated some sort of information in rooms about services available and things to do was a bit of a pain having reception in a building next door which was quite a walk up and down 2 lots of steps just glad it didnt rain. people in reception helpful and would stay here again

The room was not cleaned when we arrived very dirty bed sheets filthy got another room was not twin bed had to change again 2 hours up and down a lot of stairs as the lifts were not working room was not cleaned the 5 days we were there no towel we had to was the sofa bed could not sleep in as metal bars coming in on the matress wasted all that money to take my 2 sons on holiday never again

Perfect for Stags & Hens and the noise goes on from day to night . The balcony gets the sun for an hour and a half .

Really nice appartment. We didnt cook. So. Didnt use cooking facilities, but it seemed more than adequate. Free shuttles to the beach and back, clean rooms. Late check out for 40€ was good, cleaner wasnt aware and kicked off a bit when she found one of the lads in the room when she came to clean. Check in at sister hotel, we used their pool too. Went in October and there was plenty of sunbeds available. Can imagine it get very hectic at peak times

Had issues with our initial room, the aircon was broken and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut (it was wide open) this wasn’t dealt with in the best way, they lied to us saying they had no other rooms available and the staff were just super rude in general. It was annoying having to go back and forth to the reception in the hotel next door to solve the issues. Ruined the first day of our 4 day stay as we had to wait a couple hours for them sort. Once we had moved to a new room we realised they hadn’t given us enough towels...another trip to the hotel next door only to find the maids had finished for the day. My mate had to shower with a hand towel! Facilities you can use at the hotel next door make up for the apartment a little bit. It was pretty basic but OK for a short stay. I’d probably spend a bit more and stay somewhere closer and nicer next time. Won’t be returning that’s for sure!

Very clean but they pool you couldn’t use looks very dirty no beds then or nothing no safes in rooms then either

The views are amazing from this hotel, check in and out was fast and friendly. Security are great at keeping the stag do’s under control! Boys will be boys but sometimes they could get rowdy. Overall really pleased

We booked from the site which stated 6 single beds as we were mature friends staying in a two bed apartment. Despite the site stating clearly 6 single beds there was no such apartment and the one we were allocated was in fact 2 bedrooms with a double bed and twin beds, then a living room with a sofa bed. This was simply not suitable and did not match our request. The hotel reception offered a 2 bed aptmt with 2 sets of twin beds and again a sofa bed. This was not suitable as being mature people, none of us wanted to share a bed, especially a sofa one. With various phonecalls to and from yourselves between 2 and 5pm our problem was eventually solved by providing two apartments with 6 single beds. We were very appreciative of this and after a terrible start managed on the whole to enjoy our stay apart from the awful smell along the corridor and in one of the apartments which seemed to come from the drains. One of the toilet door frames also fell off and hit one of us hard on the head as the door also fell off. The maintenance guy did come and fix this the same day, yet the reception didn't seem concerned about the accident and said they did not have an accident book to record such things.
