"Good value hotel near Cambridge but some flaws should be corrected."

Friendly manager, who went out of his way to help.. Large room. TV easy to use with multiple channels. Plenty of hot water and good shower. Plenty of parking. Good restaurant with plenty of choice for breakfast. Historic medieval chantry nearby to explore (English Heritage but no charge). Close to railway line and station, but good sound insulation. Close to south Cambridge.

Difficult to find hidden away on an industrial estate near the station. Sat Nav confusing. NO signs indicating B&B hotel nearby. Incorrectly described as "Duxford Hotel" but a fair distance from Duxford and M11. My disabled wife was dismayed to find lift out of order in this 4 story building (probably for some time).

"The hotel was filthy and expensive. High charges to check in at 1.00pm and high parking charge."

Nothing in particular

The location was noisy, the room was next to the main road andcacnoist pub with music blaring past midnight. No chair in the room, no remote for the TV- The stairs and common parts were filthy with debris and stains on the steps and the carpet and a thick layer of sticky dust on the ironwork. And the lift was out of order..
