Very attractive decor. Room (ground floor) easily accessible and spotlessly clean. Well appointed with coffee/tea making facilities. Enjoyed a drink in the attractive bar/restaurant area. Staff very attentive, personable and friendly. Breakfast buffet of a high standard. Parking easily accessible. The cost for a night’s stay was excellent - very competitive and represented great value for money.

There was absolutely nothing that we disliked.

Good location for attendance at Hinxton Hall. No surprise that there was a lot of road and rail noise. Following recent refurb hotel was clean and well fitted.

The only lift was out of service on all 3 days of my stay, and when I asked for a different pillow, as both provided were very thick/hard, no alternative was available.

It was a very short distance from the IWM where we were for the weekend.

The directions didn’t take us to the property properly-tucked up the corner with the train station behind.
