First off my room was canceled by hotel with no reasoning and I was highly disappointed of this.

"There need to be a change."

Home2 Sycamore Dairy was once a clean hotel. The staff try to put on happy face, I guess they are drill to fool the guest. You can tell pretend from real. I'm not sure if these rooms, are throughly check, after every guest. You find things that have been left behind. I guess the head housekeeper is too busy, not to check behind whomever. Maybe she/he need someone to check behind them. The cost of hotels have skyrocket and cleanliness and pay attention is key. Maybe they need a new career.
