Room room had an unpleasant odor and small like dog pee.

The location of the property was great, the price was great, and the staff was excellent.

I stayed at the property from Aug 14 - 19. During this stay we were in two different rooms. The first room was 438. We reported several times to the downstairs staff that the studio air was not working, and the blind in the bedroom did not go down. We were told several times that maintenance would fix it. But that never happened. Our last two nights there, we were switched to room 303. Exhausted from the issues of the first room did not help us in the second room. The last night we were there we were awaken from the sound of many motorcycles leaving very early in the morning. And to top that off, the fire alarm went off about 4:30 in the morning and we had to evacuate downstairs. Overall, a terrible experience.

After driving for 10 hrs When I first came in the gentleman at the reception checked me in the gave me the key card. Once I got to my room the key didn’t work. Went back down to reception

The best part about this property is the staff. All of them. I enjoyed being greeted in the lobby by every staff member I came across. The rooms were clean, the property was clean. Easy to park and enter from all sides of the bldg. This place is a gem.

Home2Suites has definitely taken a turn for the worse if this franchise is representative of the chain. Very far what I remember in terms of quality and cleanliness. The breakfast is barely passable and the restrooms in the guest area do not look to have been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. Considering the price point, the experience has been very disappointing.

You just never can be sure of what you might experience when you choose a place to stay. You hope you can rely on the reputation of the brand. This was a good choice. The staff was attentive, courteous, professional and caring. The place was clean. There is plenty of parking. The room was spacious with a kitchenette. It’s was pleasantly quiet. It’s also pet friendly, though not why we stayed but you wouldn’t know it. The staff does a great job and it’s nice to be greeted by all of them. Hilton has a gem.
