Amazing stay! The room was huge — with a playroom too — and incredible value for money. Great breakfast and definitely the biggest room we’ve stayed in Cape Town!

TV interface old fashioned with no streaming/ Netflix. But it was also nice to read a book and relax.

Great Boutique Hotel, very comfortable and felt very well looked after. This Hotel gives you easy access to anywhere you want go but is also situated a little way out so you are not bang in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. Staff were very helpful and even when a problem was encountered (thru no ones fault) it was attended to immediately and resolved very quickly. Unfortunately we found we had no hot water on arrival but as soon as reported the service people were called in and they offered to move us if a resolution was not found immediately. The room, well rather the Suite was so spacious! Everything was open plan but there was a folding divider that could be pulled across if you wanted. The main area had underfloor heating and disposable slippers were provided for the bathroom area which did not. Bottled water was provided by the bedside and toiletries included were of a high standard and there were also doors opening to the outside area. Lovely gardens to wander thru or sit beside the pool. Breakfast was served in a lovely light room overlooking the gardens and the old provided was again to a very high standard. Each afternoon one could sit in the lounge area to enjoy afternoon Tea and Cakes. A very extensive Honour Bar was also available in the lounge. Negatives: The TV in the Bedroom was very very old , looked like one of the original thick LED TV's and one would expect, for a hotel of this standard, for it to be a smart TV that you could connect your own devices or streaming accounts to but they only had an attached satellite device and the reception was not the best. The whole hotel does look rather "tired" in places with cracked floor tiles and cracks in ceilings and walls but one can be forgiving of this and consider it to give more of a "shabby Chic" appearance than anything else and all the other lovely features do tend to counter this. It would not put me off from returning.

The room was large and spacious and the welcoming team ( Ricardo ) was friendly and very helpful .

At 5 am the cleaning staff called the room to find out when I will be checking out ( as I had arranged for a pre packed breakfast and had said I wanted to leave by 6:45 )

The hotel is setup to reflect a stay in a private home, albeit with the facilities of a first class boutique hotel

It may be difficult to spend a full day at the hotel for some as it does not have all the facilities that a large hotel comprises off. Note: This did not effect our stay

Nothing only the under floor heating wasn't working. But still love the place
