We did stay in the family suite and the room was SUPER spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable and I liked the bathroom; specially the shower. The hotel was beautiful with a lot of green and we LOVED their breakfast. The breads were to die for ! We only stayed one night, I wish we could have stayed longer!

I adored my stay at The Seyyida Hotel and Spa. Wonderful treatment from the team. The manager is Amazing. Their spa is top notch. Breakfast and Dinner were amazing! Truely loved my stay there. Very central and right by Forodani Park where night market takes place.

"Nice - but with issues to fix"

Amazing location. Great view from the room and rooftop.

Staff is friendly - but needs stricter training - esp front desk staff. Sometimes I’d be warmly greeted - sometimes as if I was lost and they were ready to tell me that I need to leave. I got the impression - maybe I’m wrong - that they’re only used to being friendly and smiley with European visitors. With them they’re smiley and chatty - but with me they seemed confused. I asked for a bathrobe and they automatically said “no those are only for sea view rooms” - mine was a sea view room. Also asked twice for a morning breakfast box - and was reassured it was confirmed - only for it to be “forgotten”. The room across from mine was the spa room - which was used by staff as their personal lounge. I could hear them watching tv series on their phones sometimes.

Das sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Personal. Besonders im Bereich der Dachterrasse und im SPA sind die Mitarbeiter einfach super und geben alles.
