El hotel es muy bonito , limpio y agradable. La azotea donde cenamos y desayunamos era preciosa, con muy buenas vistas al mar. vimos una puesta de sol espectacular y fue muy tranquilo.

La habitación tenía poca luz . la piscina es algo pequeña, pero acogedora, tiene 6 tumbonas.

Liked the deco

Firstly, the early check-out time of 10am was inconvenient. Secondly, the breakfast provided did not meet expectations for the price paid for the accommodation. The quality and variety were very disappointing. Paid for double bed and single bed room.got double bed . I am also extremely concerned about an incident involving one of your staff members. Money was taken from my bag, and when I confronted her, she claimed she found it on the bed and assumed it was a tip. This explanation is unacceptable and very concerning, as no permission was given for her to take it. Additionally, there were no replacements provided for tea supplies or bathroom shower gel during my stay, which is basic service expected in any accommodation.

Location- Heart of stone town, near everything, walking distance to all the sights/ocean Staff- the staff is Very friendly and helpful. Maureen and Ali at the front desk answered all my questions. They arranged a driver to pick and drop me at the airport so I did not have to find a taxi. Room- The room is very large. (I was not expecting that). It is very hot in Zanzibar and when I entered the room I was so happy because it had air conditioning. I was not expecting that because I had been to the East Coast and most of the places do not have AC. I was so happy to have that. The breakfast was made on demand so it was fresh. The view from the attic was of the ocean and it was so nice to have that view while eating the breakfast. I am so glad I booked here and highly recommend it.
