Railay Village Resort & Spa

Snídaně nic moc,malý výběr, pomalé doplňování jídla, pořád chyběli hrníčky na kafe, sklenice na džusy. Personál sice usměvavý, ale pomalý. Jinak resort krásný a ubytování také.

Beautiful location on the beach front at West Railay. We arrived at the pier on East Railay expecting to have to walk a long way but there was a luggage cart and staff member meeting another couple, this was lovely as he popped our bags in the cart and took us on a short cut to the resort. If I was to stay again I would pre-arrange this with the resort. Amazing location on the beach front as well as close to the street with all the shops and restaurants. We stayed for NYE and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and the fireworks off the barge at midnight. Was fun, busy with a cool vibe without being crazy. Railay is very busy but we loved it for a few days before heading somewhere quieter. In saying that though, our hotel room was lovely and quiet.

We didn't participate in the New Year Gala that the resort was holding as the prices per person were crazy and the music sounded pretty bad. In saying that we had the best time restaurant hopping, beach walking while listening and watching everybody else's NY Gala's and soaking in the atmosphere.

Hotel mit Strandzugang, toll angelegtem Garten, 2 Pools, überaus freundlichem Personal und der niemals überfüllte Frühstücksbereich.

Die Anlage ist alt, was man dem Interior ansieht, zudem sehr hellhörig. Das "Spa" bietet lediglich Massagen, aber kein Fitness, Sauna etc.

Posto incantevole,un sogno davvero !Staff meraviglioso e molto organizzato.L l’unico appunto è che farei è il fatto di non avere lettini sulla spiaggia solo per gli ospiti (a parte2 divanetti)che purtroppo visto la quantità di gente che arriva sono sempre presi d’assalto.Per il resto tutto impeccabile

The location is excellent and the staff were polite. Pros: - Excellent location - Polite and helpful staff - They changed our room after the first complaint

On the first night, we found a large spider web near the bathtub and later saw a spider coming down from the ceiling toward the bed. After we complained, the hotel moved us to another room. Unfortunately, even after the room change, we later found an insect (silverfish) on the pillow at bedtime. We understand the property is located in a natural area, but insects in the bed and on the pillow seriously affect comfort, cleanliness perception, and the ability to rest. Because of this, we decided to check out early. Cons: - Repeated issues with insects/spiders inside the room - Insect found on the pillow - No definitive solution, only temporary measures
