Good location, room needs updating, towels are very thin ( feels like a table cloth), breakfast the same everyday, very small tv and was not working, no fridge

It was a very good and memorable stay great hotel very clean and pleasant staff.

Location was really close to great shopping and good restaurants. Being on the Main Street we found in the room you heard traffic all night long. Overall good value for the money.

Great place to start your exploration of the Amalfi coast. Great vivre and pool. Trattorias near by, personnel is charming, breakfast is great. Only thing is no parking so you have to plan 20 euros approx for 24 hours of parking (very nearby).

Didn't bother us too much as we loved everything else. Shower is really small, like 70/70, but functional in the end, some sockets next to the bed and night lamps with stronger light (easy to fix) would be good to have. We were missing a fridge in the room but we could get ice bags from the bar and the rooftop bar itself with nice views shouldn't be missed - nice Neapolitan life music on Mondays (wished was more of it). We loved: Excellent location, stroll away from Piazza Tasso but away from the crowds -fruit and food store right across, nice restaurant nearby on Corso with great and good priced menu, we were happy to avoid the season crowds in the center. Beautiful outdoors with sea view, was the selling point for us. Very friendly staff, always with a smile and ready to help. Room is little small but comfortable, big and comfy bed, we loved the balcony with sea view. Outdoors space is great, nice rooftop terrace with spectacular views, also the ground floor terrace where we found a shadowed garden spot to have our coffee in the morning (plants are magnificent everywhere on the Amalfi coast), nice sundeck too, but we didn't use. Great breakfast buffet, everything you may wish and impressively well managed - exceeded expectations. We much enjoyed our stay at this good priced hotel, good value for the money. We'll stay again, definitely recommend.

Staff was not helpful. Asked for more towels. They said no. No extra toilet paper in room. No tissues. Towels were horrible. Like rough dish towels. No phone in room. Breakfast fine. Location good.

Fair hotel with lovely view of the ocean. Unfortunately the hotel is very noisy with street noise and sirens as it’s location is next to the local hospital. Breakfast has a wide selection of food, chairs are very soft and everyone thinks they are good to fall through when they sit down. Located at the top end of town so close to all the local shops and restaurants, a long walk from the ferry port.

Location of hotel was good. Room was dissapointing. There was mold on the ceiling and in the bathroom. Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. There was hair stuck all around the drain of the tub and the safe was broken. Staff was very helpful with directions. We did not complain about room as it was just for one night. Jacuzzi was closed by 8pm when we arrived which was dissapointing as that was one reason we chose this hotel.

Near the cenrtre of sorrento. Loved the jacuzzi.

Would definitely stay here again. Good location, rooms are dated and basic but very clean, would be more than happy to stay here again. Friendly staff, quick check in.
