Pool area was good. Dinner average. Breakfast fair to good. You won't get a restaurant experience when all inclusive in a 4 * hotel. You will get fed but expect fair to nearly good food. Breakfast probably the best meal of the day.

Selection and quality of food. Very limited cocktails and premium drinks included in the all inclusive. If you don't drink much, B&B probably best option.

"Excellent location and facilites"

Very clean and modern looking hotel. Great facilities, gym, good variety of food, excellent location, and amazing views! Big and special thanks to Lorenzo, who was able to accommodate a request to change rooms upon arrival to a higher floor and was helpful throughout our stay.

We had half board (breakfast and dinner) on two days and the rest of the week all inclusive. A carafe of water is included in the meals when on half board. Every day we had been ordering a carafe of water, as has the majority of guests but whenever we had a half board wristband, it felt like they were trying to get us the bottle of water, which is not free and asked for the room number to charge onto. Instead, they should ask whether you'd like bottle or carafe, but it seemed common sense since there was never a misunderstanding on which water we wanted when we had an all-inclusive wrist band. Maybe something to be careful of.
