L'emplacement de l'hôtel, le personnel de l'accueil, la propreté.

Les personnes au poste de cuisinier ne sont pas très " souriants"... Les clients irrespectueux qui laissent leur verre vide partout autour de la piscine et même dans les bacs à fleurs à l'intérieur de l'hôtel. La réservation de transat dès 9h du matin alors qu'ils ne l'utiliseront que bien plus tard dans la journée.

We loved this hotel, from the moment we arrived at Reception, who dealt with us so well, explained all & gave us fabulous rooms on the 2nd Floor beside each other with beautiful views of the pool & the sea day & night, we were half board, food was lovely brilliant choice, morning & evening with the dining room laid out so well, great facilities with great staff organising everybody. Loved the pool & all that area, also the outside dining area for lunch or a drink with shading from the sun was beautiful with great staff especially Virginia, was the best. Beautiful large plush bar just inside from that where entertainment was at night & lovely to have a drink there after meals or returning from shopping.. Towels changed in the rooms no bother & sheets changed once in the week. Pool towels provided & returned on last day..Hotel has exit with key card on to the promenade across from the beach & that is a beautiful area for great walks on the promenade or bikes! Hotel is in Matagorda area out the bit from Puerto del Carmen but brilliant bus service up from hotel & taxi service also very reasonable..less than 10 minutes to the airport. This hotel is one of the best we have stayed in, a beautiful area, quieter but has shops, bars & nice restaurants also. From our group of 6 Irish ladies travelling, each one of us felt the same & enjoyed our holiday so thank you from Mná na hÉireann to all at Hipotels La Geria as we can't name everyone...😀

I can't believe I'm saying this after a great review but I found in the bedrooms there's a fantastic full length mirror but no plug beside it so very difficult to be drying hair. Although there's one in the bathroom 2 people can't be there same time getting ready especially after shower as there's no extractor fan. Other thing is the air-conditioning bit noisy..

Era la seconda volta che alloggiavo qui, posso solo confermare la buonissima impressione precedente. Posizione ottima, struttura ben dotata di comfort e servizi, personale squisito

Comment dire, quand tout nous a plu ! Un cadre idéal, l'ensemble du personnel à nos petits soins, y compris pour des demandes spécifiques, nous remercions chacun et chacune d'entre-eux pour leur professionnalisme et leur bienveillance au quotidien. Nous étions en demi-pension, le petit déjeuner et le dîner étaient top tous les jours. Beaucoup de choix en tout genre et de nombreux plats chauds sont préparés à la plancha devant vous. La piscine est très bien aménagée, nous ne sommes pas les uns sur les autres contrairement à d'autres hôtels à proximité. Bref, nous conseillons vivement cet hôtel en tous points. Merci à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel GERIA qui a contribuée à nos excellentes vacances !
