La estancia fue fantástica, el hotel es perfecto, instalaciones muy cuidadas. Personal muy amable. La ubicación genial cerca de todo en la isla y apartado de la zona mas ruidosa de Puerto del Carmen. Mi mujer es celiaca y no es fácil encontrar un sitio donde poder quedarse y comer bien sin contaminación (y embarazada). Desde el minuto 1 Tomás, Rogelio y Cristina (cocineros) han estado atentos de lo que puede comer y lo que no, ademas estando embarazada se han asegurado que todo estuviese bien hecho, sin duda un 10. Para desayunar le hicieron tortillas y algún día pidió platos para que me realizasen y sin ningún problema.

Por decir algo, que las hamacas estuvieran reservadas durante horas y que no hubiese nadie.. y aumentaría un poco más el horario de comidas/cenas.

Struttura molto bella, in buona posizione nella zona di Matagorda, vivace ma non caotica. Ottima posizione per visitare l'isola . L'aeroporto a cinque minuti, ma non interferisce su tranquillità e comfort. Personale molto gentile, ottima pulizia, piscina e spa molto apprezzate.

Colazione ok, il buffet a pranzo e cena da rivedere. Suggerirei kit da bagno nelle camere, come previsto nei 4 stelle.
