Quality Inn Dalton Central

We booked a King size bed, but we got 2 queens. Husband thought it would be all right, but looking back at it, the dog and I moved to the other queen bed during the night.

Hotel app Bad service with Expedia credit card and hotel Long wait after booking

Our door didn’t lock. We didn’t need a key. The toilet was filthy and ran every fifteen minutes all night long, the sink was cracked, the room was supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of smoke. I have never paid this much for such a sub-standard room. We won’t be using Quality inn in the future.

Room was not clean, hair, spider webs, old spilled drink, tv didn't work. Building is old and needs to be updated. Stairs were unsteady

I had a horrible check in experience as your check in person had trouble getting me checked in. It took 30 minutes. Also, the bathroom sink and shower were dirty with public hair and hair in general on the floor, shower and sink. Very unhappy about this.

For the price, the hotel is relatively good. I would stay there, again.

I paid expedia for the room in advance and had to pay the hotel when I arrived . Cannot get either to refund my money. Finished with expedia and the hotel

This room smelled horrible. We had blood on our shower curtain. Just overall run down and not clean

Room was showing its age and seemed to be damp and musty smelling despite having air conditioning (window unit not central air).
