Absolutely Horrible! I made my reservation through hotels.com, when i showed up with my confirmation number etc they had no record of me.. at some point someone had marked us as a no show.. no one was able to reverse it or give me a refund.. i lost 3 hrs of my vacation arguing with support help to learn that i couldn't stay there even though I'd already paid.. i was not going to get a refund.. the furniture in the lobby was broken in multiple places and it smelled like sewage.. the hotel worker said he was new and had to call corporate on multiple issues and eventually left to go outside to talk on the phone leaving myself and another guest waiting for 20 mins unattended.. horrible hotel service.. so not stay here
