Clean rooms, helpful staff

We had 3 rooms - all of the beds were rock hard. Not one single person of the 7 of us had a good night sleep. They may suit a person who likes ultra firm beds, but we are definitely medium people. So we all were feeling very tired in the morning. Also the TV did not work, couldn't get basic channels. The staff were very helpful in trying to get this working and managed to get a movie working. But it was disappointing on a cold night.
