It was dirty, everywhere. Power points did not work in most rooms Air Conditioning power point in lounge room was hanging off the wall exposing wiring It was inadequate as far as kitchen equipment was concerned. Properly was below minimum standards

I liked the layout of the apartment, groceries and shop complex 5 win walk

It was disgusting, it was not clean, no Donna on the bed, the 2 throw over blankets in the built in wardrobe were not clean, 1 of them looked disgusting. The lounge was grose & had stains, a dirty serviette between the arm of the chair & cushion. The fridge was dirty, ice bag almost empty, left in the freezer, fridge was not clean & it had a can of alcohol left in it. There was still some hair on the floor innthe bathroom, I had to vacuum the bathroom & kitchen floor & buy disinfectant wipes and clean the floor myself. The microwave was dirty, the mini laundry was dirty, fluff in the sink, dust around the top of the tiles, fluff / dust in between the laundry sink & washing machine They also had the smoke detector covered up with a garbage bag. Just to be on the safe side, I wiped down the bathroom sink as well. When it came to using the shower, I did not have to use the cold water tap, the hot water was bloody luke warm if that. It was not worth $950. I am absolutely disgusted in what I was charged and that the apartment was disgusting. Then they send you an email the day before about checking out things. One of them was ti make sure the room is left clean & tidy. Sorry but it was NOT clean in the first place. I have also made contact with booking.com themselves to put a complaint in. I have photos for evidence to. I will not stay here again & I do not recommend this place I’ve attached 1 photo, I emailed the others to myself

Nothing. Don’t ever stay here! It’s filthy and two days before we arrived they asked for more money for the dog even thought that was stated before booking. They wanted $30 extra a night to clean the already putrid apartment! Not sure what the cleaning money goes to but it’s not cleaning.

No blind on window and workman who started banging at 6am could see straight in. Fridge was still dirty, food scraps in fridge and floor. Only one towel for two people. Floor was sticky. Lighting was so bad we used a torch to see. When I asked for a partial refund due to the horrendous apartment I was told no, it is not refundable. Will never recommend this place! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

The fact that there was secure parking on site was the only positive. Awful reviews are reflective of the property.

The reviews on this hotel are bang on, it was filthy and super dusty, I felt unsafe, quality of services was awful (bathroom door looked like someone had put a fist through it), sofa sank of urine, 1 x fork in kitchen, oven had exposed cords
