Here's the story of our unpleasant stay: Upon our arrival at approximately 12:00 PM on Saturday, 17 May, we immediately noticed a persistent, albeit initially tolerable, unpleasant smell throughout the apartment. While we tried to overlook this, further issues arose that significantly impacted the quality of our stay. Later that evening, as we prepared for bed, we were disgusted to find long strands of hair within the bedsheets and on the pillows. I have photographic evidence of this. Given the late hour, we felt it was inappropriate to contact the manager in the middle of the night. The situation worsened when we attempted to use the blankets provided, as the bed was only made with a single sheet. Both blankets emitted a repulsive odor, so strong that we were compelled to wash them immediately, as the smell was beginning to permeate the entire room. Following these discoveries, we felt extremely uncomfortable and were hesitant to use any other amenities unless absolutely necessary. This morning, Tuesday, 20 May, our discomfort continued. As we prepared to have breakfast in the apartment, we found noticeable lipstick stains on two of the cups and visible dirt in a small bowl. Again, I have documented this with photographs. We reported these issues to the person at the reception desk upon checking out. He was understanding but stated he was unable to assist directly and contacted the manager, Andrew. Andrew's response was not only unhelpful but also accusatory. He blamed us for not reporting the issues, specifically the hair in the bed, during the middle of the night when we discovered them. He explicitly stated that he would not be providing any form of compensation and advised us to contact Booking.com directly. This entire experience was far below an acceptable standard of cleanliness and comfort. The dismissive and unhelpful attitude of the manager, Andrew, only exacerbated our dissatisfaction.

Very dated and overpriced. This is a 2.5-3 star only. Dated, old, parking and issue, and why do they always have that smell. Yuk

staff rented room after i had left to a random person let them stay under my name pay with there bank details but charged my card for damages

getting my identity used without my permission being charged 200 for damages long after i checked out and the way it waddealt with

The location is great. It’s close to Surfers beach. They did allowed us to check in at 12:30pm.

The property overall was unhygienic. The toilets were not clean, towels were on the floor, bin wasn’t empty. Overall very basic clean up . Even bed wasn’t made.
