"Close to town, lovely views."

"Homey and Has character"

I have stayed in this place on 2 separate occasions. It has character, and it is very much within walking distance of Nelson's city centre. One does share beathrooms and a dining area, but it is very homey as well.

"Quirky, historic B and B was fabulous."

excellent stay, very friendly welcome, generous supply of food, teas and filter coffee. Breakfast supplies similarly generous, and one guest was making pancakes for all. Views from room 2 were fabulous, overlooking the town and sea. One of the bathrooms could have been a touch cleaner, but hardly worth the quibble. The baths were spotless. Easy walking distance to the main town and restaurants.

"Just ok"

Great breakfast in the morning, room is not serviced during stay. No one at reception. Room was just ok... location is not walk able to anywhere
