Everything that includes conversation between the owner and the costumer, we had to wait until he or she I don’t know because there was nobody, everything was on the message, after about half an hour I booked the hotel the pin wasn’t sorted yet, I sent a very polite message saying about how I could go inside, someone answered “hold on you just booked”, like they didn’t have time enough to sort that and it was my fault, when we went in it was cold and I asked about the heater and he said “there is no heater on the summer” it was raining and very cold, then I got angry and I didn’t answer anymore, but horrible the services and everything, I saw that a lot of people passed through very hard situations, at least with us it was just someone not professional enough to deal with costumers and not structured enough to provide the minimal quality and safe environment for costumers, five years on england, almost every month I take one or two nights in a hotel and it has never happened to me before, a situation that could be easily avoided, I don’t recommend this hotel, probably nobody stays there twice times, it only take people because of the location and that is why they don’t care about anything, just get the money and that’s it

Good location, secure building.

Requested 2 extra pillows as only 2 provided, was told no, had to go buy pillows.

Room was lovely. Clean/ comfortable

Lack of breakfast options, albeit close to town

Was going in August for a short stay, due to a fall couldn't go, still waiting for my money to be returned. They ignored all attempts to contact them.
