Riad B&B Marrakech

The owner, Mohamed met me at 00.20 on arrival to Marrakech to guide me to the accommodation, he was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay and give great advice on where to go, places to avoid and how to deal with the traders when they were being persistent. The location is right in the centre of Marrakech, a two minute walk from the main square.

The accommodation was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Riad - the service and location were excellent - it's a 2 min walk from the square. The room was quite dusty, and there were a few spots of mould on the bathroom walls and shower curtain. The place itself has a lovely atmosphere but can be quite cool in winter (we visited in February). I'm sure this would be a godsend in summer! The WiFi was pretty sketchy and only worked in various spots in our room. The "pool" on the terrace is more of a paddling pool - an adult could not swim in it. The water was quite dirty, hopefully it would be clean in summer. The breakfast is abundant and rather cake-centric; some variety would have been nice, but I enjoyed it regardless. All in all, we really enjoyed our time here, and the less positive aspects didn't spoil it for us; we would stay here again.

The receptionist was lovely, incredibly nice, spoke perfect Spanish and was great! the location is also incredible and easy to get anywhere.

Very cold especially at night because my room was on the terrace. Also the shower did not work at times and there was no hot water.

Mohammed is a great host , very dedicated to his guests and his accomodation. I can just recommend staying there. The breakfast was amazing, fantastic Moroccain jam and pastries.

Close to the main square and the markets. Mohammed arranged an early airport transport for us and even provided a packed breakfast. Very kind!
